The Side Effects of Vaccines - How High is the Risk?

Sources: sites.google.com/view/sources-vaccines
Vaccines are one of our best tools to prevent dangerous diseases, but they come with side effects. So would it be safer not to vaccinate?

  • Dive into sources and further reading here: sites.google.com/view/sources-vaccines Vaccines and their side effects are a hard topic to cover - we know we keep saying this, but this case especially, there were a lot of things to consider. You can’t blame people for being worried, so we wanted to take their concerns seriously. Because it is impossible to cover everything there is to know about vaccines in a ten minute video our sources are extra extensive and explain a lot of aspects in more detail, with an extra focus on further reading. So if you want to dive in deeper or have more arguments at hand for your next heated discussion, here you go.

    • I'm sorry, but we are the sickest species ON THE PLANET. Just think about that for ONE minute. Our gut microbiome is being sterilized by pesticides like round up, and we are told they are safe(yes, they kill the bacteria in your gut - shocker), but DON'T WORRY, they have something you can buy for that. We are developing autoimmune diseases left and right. A study was just released that shows how millennials health plummets at around age 27, and no one is concerned that it's something to do with out healthcare? "healthcare" - that's a misnomer at this point. The SAME people that push round-up as being safe(now proven to cause cancer in a court of law), "provide" us with cancer treatments and vaccines. The same people who sell us vaccines, treat our children of these chronic illnesses. NO ONE is brave enough(or intelligent enough) to raise an eyebrow to that? Oh, wait, they are, but then they are told they are just crazy conspiracy theorists who are probably literally hitler and voted for trump. And people fall for it because it makes them FEEL safe. Meanwhile over FIFTY PERCENT of our youth(YOUTH!) have chronic illnesses that the AMA says they will NEVER recover from. And it's not enough for these mega corps to make millions or billions, now they are pushing for trillions. That's not fishy to you guys? I swear, people have thrown common sense directly out of the nearest window for, "double blind published data" We will NEVER get it. There are too many variables involved and you know this, that's why you keep asking. Honestly it makes me sick and people who are working for them should be ashamed of themselves. They aren't, because they have money in the bank, but one day, people are going to have had enough and they will be found and prosecuted. How many more of our loved ones have to suffer and die before it gets to that point?

  • Unfortunately, one of the devastating conditions I received from big pharma as a vaccine injured child, I've been diagnosed with: Living over the age of five Not dying in measles outbreaks Not being sick constantly Being unable to spread deadly disease to those who are unable to get vaccinated Please pray for me 😭😭😭 It's difficult waking up every day to find out that I'm not going to die of easily preventable disease.

    • The story about Bill Gates not vaccinating his kids is from a writer for one of the most infamous misinformation news websites on the internet. It's called "YourNewsWire" - look it up. If you want to believe that fake news then that really shows who's ignorant here. Also, the Martin Gore tragedy, while sad, is not some unexpected phenomena. Everyone knows that, in rare cases, vaccines can cause some serious side effects, especially for someone Gore's age. The thing is, the risks involved with the yellow fever vaccine that he died from are much less serious then the disease it prevents.

  • Remember: Vaccines can cause serious health problems including brain inflammation and autoimmune disorders, allergies, ear infections, and more There's a very real association between vaccine complications and learning and behavioral disorders in children The components of vaccines have never been proven safe The ingredients and contaminants in vaccines can be detrimental to your health There are far safer and more effective ways to protect your children and yourself against disease. For example, a Japanese study from last year showed that school children taking vitamin D3 supplements were 58 percent less likely to catch influenza A. That's a higher effectiveness than any flu vaccine can claim, and doesn't come with a barrage of potentially devastating side effects!

  • Another great video on an important topic, but I think it fell short on the most important point to make to anti-vaxxers: vaccines and Autism. Yes, you said they don't cause Autism, but there's no explanation for why people think that. Mainly, the similar age between when Autism can be diagnosed and when vaccines are given, but this correlation is not causation. Both vaccines and diagnosing Autism happen around the same age for completely separate but specific reasons, which are not at all related to each other. THAT is the information anti-vaxxers need to hear.

  • Vaccinations aren't inherently bad. The MMR vaccines, however, are bad, since they're given to children at 4 months of age. Not only that, they'll give you 14 or so of them in one session.

    ExotixzExotixz5 hours ago
  • All these many thousand years of scientific advancements to reach vaccines and now we have to defend them from people afraid their child might develop high-functioning autism or get "poisoned". I so wish they would actually listen to reason and take in the information from videos and sources like this... but the truth is I doubt any of them would listen no matter how calmly or rationally you tried to convince them. In their minds, they are right and you are just an ignorant fool for trying to explain otherwise. Hence, I lose my temper and tell them what I really think of them. I don't feel it makes a difference either way. They are set in their ways and only the deaths of their children (and themselves) will show them otherwise. I will not feel sorry for them, because by then they'll have killed many unvaccinated people who could not get the treatment that others could for one reason or another. Vaccines save lives. If can't see that, you just don't want to and I do not respect you for that. No one should.

    • +A Gamer I hate them, but I don't know if I'd go that far. Maybe hit them over the head for a mild concussion. But frankly, I wouldn't feel bad to hear about it. They are causing serious harm to both scientific progress and putting tons of children at risk. Not even just children, but people with compromised or otherwise ineffective immune systems. I swear, if even one person I care about comes CLOSE to someone with a preventable disease because of these people, I might have to be restrained to not pull out a gun myself.

  • My nanny (Grandma) grew up in the era where there was NO VACCINES. She contracted EVERYTHING. She survived the measles, chickenpox, & mumps. Other people, sadly, didn't. The only reasons people shouldn't get vaccinated is that 1. If you or your child are allergic. 2. If you have a severe medical condition (Cancer, HIV/AIDS, etc.). Or 3. If you are too old or too young to get vaccinated. If you are healthy, not allergic, and at the right age range, you SHOULD get vaccinated. The pros of vaccines will always outweigh the cons. As for my nanny, she's alive and well at the age of 82.

  • The appalling record of ‘Big Pharma’: 32. Pharmaceutical companies have a terrible record of corporate crimes. "A recent study from US Public Citizen found that, since 1991, there have been 239 legal settlements, totali ng $30.2 billion in federal and state penalties, levied against US pharmaceutical companies. There’s a real laundry list of crimes, but defrauding the government, hiding drug safety informat ion, and hawking drug s for purposes beyond which they are approved are the main ones. Drug companies have pledged to change, signed ‘corporate integrity agreements’ and indicated that they want to move on, promising a better future. We can be hopeful, but we also have to be realistic. Paying huge fines for illegal activity is one thing, but will they be still playing the eminence game? W ill they continue to fund their own experts and do research that goes through a selective reporting of ‘the evidence’? Sadly, that’s probably going to be the case so you must immunise yourself: keep asking questions and questioning answers." (10) 33. Recently Forbes magazine concluded that the pharmaceutical industry is ‘ addicted to fraud’, whilst Merck is being sued by its own scientists over a raft of frauds relating to its MMR vaccine . (20) The list of alleged frauds is fa r-ranging including failing to disclose a reduced efficacy, using ‘improper testing techni ques’, manipulation of testing methodologies, falsifying test data, with holding data, and forgery of compliance documents. This kind of behavior has become entirely common in the pharmaceutical industry. Issues with risk minimization: 34. Correct risk minimization approaches are often inverted, with consumers and independent researchers expected to definitively prove harm, rather than the onus being on the product provider to firmly establish safety. The ‘P recautionary Principle’ - ‘if in doubt leave it out’ - has been largely bypassed, and the terms of reference inverted. 35. Pharmaceutical companies have positioned themselves so that policy makers often feel constricted in holding them to the same levels of risk minimization as other industries, due to the perception that they may forego important research, or cease delivering other effective products if their operations are subjected to greater scrutiny and bureaucracy. 36. Negative effects of pharmaceutical products are often diffused in the wider community, and not always easy to quantify due to inadequate reportage and monitoring. Unlike an airline disaster which has a very immediate consequence, the negative effects of a particular pharmaceutical product may be less discernable, especially if the effects are more long term. 37. Most people would agree that if a disease usually has a very low mortality rate, any vaccine intended to prevent it must be unequivo cally safe and effective. Proper risk assessments are made difficult by the lack of robust monitoring of adverse events; the suppression of independent science, the with holding of clinical data, and myriad other issues mentioned in this paper. 38. No scientific research has been conducted comparing vaccinated with unvaccinated populations, in terms of overall, long term health outcomes. Call for reform and greater transparency: 39. The dealings of the pharmaceutical industry in Australia appear to be largely exempt from Freedom of Information requests, and there is a lack of transparency surrounding possible Conflict of Interest situations on advisory bodies. Dr Whitely has also called for mandatory reporting of serious adverse events, and break ou t boxes on products warning of possible serious side effects. (4) 40. So far calls to bring the industry in line with the expectations of other industries have been largely ignored. Issues with the applicatio n of ‘informed consent’: 41. The principle of ‘informed consent’ requires that patients be informed of all risks and benefits associated with any medical procedure, and that a decision be made free from coercion. In an environment where pharmaceutical marketing, the media, and various ‘attack ‘ groups hystericise the general population and vilify critics and independent researchers, the notion of ‘informed consent’ has become problematic. Consumers clearly feel pressurized. 42. Linking the decision to vaccinate to the provision of childcare available to everyone else, further complicates this. It can be argued that such policy enters a grey area in terms of informed consent. 43. Vaccination providers also seem reluctant to provide consumers with information on possible adverse effects. Many maintain the narrative that vaccines are ‘safe and effective’ in all instances, despite package inserts clearly outlining possible adverse effects. An audit of how vaccination providers approach ‘informed consent’ is urgently needed. Unresolved liability issues: 44. As the parents of Saba Button - who was permanently injured by a flu shot - found there is a lack of clarity when it comes to liability. (15) Australia is one of only three Western nations that does not have a vaccine injury compensation scheme despite the World Health Organisation arguing it is an ‘ethical necessity’. In the case of an injury there is no clear indication of who takes responsibility. 45. If the parents of a vaccine injured child feel their decision to vaccinate was prompted by government policy, does the government take responsibility if their child is injured as a result? It would appear not. Pharmaceutical companies and vaccination providers also seem to avoid liability. This question requires immediate clar ification. Currently there is a policy void surrounding issues of lia bility and compensation.

  • g. Mobilizing patient and consumer gr oups to represent their interests. h. Manipulating a compliant media, which is at times compromised by conflicts of interest, especially at an executive level where a cross pollination occurs with ph armaceutical interests occurs.(16) They also exploit the quick turnaround in the media which can mitigate against in depth research. i. Lobbying policy makers and opinion leaders. j. Selective use of statistics. For example globa l statistics on disease mortality are often used to panic policy makers in Western nations. Issues with nutrition, hygiene and so forth in some ‘third world’ nations may play a significan t role in mortality figures for diseases which have low mortality in robust individuals in Western nations. k. An ‘all of nothing’ approach that lumps all vaccine /disease combinations together, and leverages the most extreme disease threats to compel compliance with a vaccine based approach to those with low mortality. The ‘pro/anti’ dual ism is also used to sideline and discredit anyone who presents critical research of a particular product. 30. Aside from pharmaceutical marketing there is a more complex and less easily understood phenomenon involving groups and individuals that present themselves as being pro ‘science’ or more specifically pro vaccination. They often ta ke it upon themselves to run campaigns against individuals or groups that they perceive as bein g critical of vaccination. Their tactics can be crude but effective, and at times of questionable legality. They can include: a. Cyber bullying and threats. b. Disinformation campaigns including misrepresenting research. c. Making spurious complain ts to academic institution s and professional bodies. d. Disseminating fictitious personal information designed to cause embarrassment or a loss of credibility. e. Using seemingly authoritative or popular websites to launch attacks designed to hystericise consumers, and ostracize critics. In some instances the wording can be considered ‘hate speech’ and adds to an atmosphere of fear surrounding this issue. 27. One of the world’s most awarded journalists Sharyl Atkisson describes this as the ‘astro turf’ movement. She has researched the tactics used by pharmaceutical concerns and their allies to silence the very many researchers from eminent Universities who are critical of their products. “.....if the propagandists are to be believed, each of the researchers is an incompetent crank, quack, nut or fraud (and, of course, “anti-vaccin e” for daring to dabble in research that........ leads to vaccine safety issues). The scientists and their re search are “controversial,” simply because the propagandists declare them to be........“Weak,” “too small,” “haphazard,” “not replicated,” “junk science,” “flawed,” “unrelated,” declare the propagandists, without exception. Just as attackers spent years challenging any study that linked tobacco to lung cancer. They know that reporters who don’t do their homework will conduct an Internet search, run across the blogs with science-y sounding names, and uncritically accept their word as if it’s fact and prevailing thought.” (17) 31. Pharmaceutical marketing leverages off a kind of religious fervor that surrounds this issue. Dr Jefferson has said that ‘ vaccines have become like a religion ... something you don’t question. If you do, you are seen as being an anti-vaccine extremist. The authorities do not want to hear ‘side-effect’(18)

  • Correlative studies: 22 Correlative studies cannot be considered definitive, but in conjunction with other research they often indicate areas that require further examination. There has so far not been an exhaustive and independent study comparing more general health outcomes between vaccinated and non vaccinated children. Can we definitively say we are not trading one health issue for another? 23. A report in ‘Human and Experimental Toxicology’ stated: "Our findings show a positive correlation between the number of vaccine doses administered and the percentage of hospitalisations and deaths "? (12) 24. And, "the US childhood vaccination schedule has 26 doses for infants aged less than 1 year, the most in the world, yet 33 nations have better Infant Mortality Rates...... Nations that require more vaccine doses tend to ha ve higher infant mortality rates "(13) 25. A Spanish research team concluded that, “vaccines containing adjuvants may be associated with an increased risk of autoimmune/inflammatory adverse events following immunization”(14) Regulation and monitoring: 26. In a submission to parliament Dr Martin Whitely, senior advocate for the Western Australian Health Consumers Council stated: “When licensing drugs for marketing Australia ’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) relies on research funded and controlled by pharmaceutical companies. Too often pharmaceutical companies ‘ cherry pick’ favorable evidence and hide or ‘spin’ unfavorable evidence to support their commercial interests.” (4) 27. Most vaccination proponents will argue that serious adverse reactions are rare, but a big problem is that we do not have accurate, agreed upon figures. During the height of the flu vaccine adverse reactions in 2010 Peter Collignon, a professor of infectious diseases from the Australian National University, was interviewed by ABC news. He felt the number of adverse reactions was probably under estimated , given that authorities don’t have a congruent and approachable system to monitor peoples’ reactions. He believed that an effective surveillance system should monitor a sample group of thousands for one or two weeks before a new vaccine is rolled out for the entire population. "We need a better system than voluntary notification to the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) that there's a problem," he said. "Because whenever you do that you really underestimate how much of a problem there is. (15) 28. Dr. Whitely has argued that there needs to be mandatory reporting of adverse events. (4) Without agreed upon figures for adverse events an accurate risk analysis cannot be undertaken, and we are unable to state whether the current schedule of vaccinations is in fact safe, or creating more negative health outcomes than it is intended to prevent. Tactics used by pharmaceutical companies to silence dissent: 29. “Pharmaceutical companies are master manipulators.....”, Dr Whitely has stated. “They pull the wool over the eyes of drug safety regulators everywhere”. (4) They use a range of tactics which can include: a. Controlling the medical evidence base via influencing clinical trial guidelines; ‘ghost writing’ articles for journals; selectively releasin g data, and selectively marketing trial results. b. Utilizing ‘Key Opinion Leaders’ who often have undue influence upon policy - a problem the independent Cochrane Collaboration refers to as ‘Eminence Based Medicine’.(10) c. • 19. If you bought a new car and there was only a one in twelve chance that it would work properly, how would you feel? And what if there was a one in three chance that it was downright dangerous? Faced by these sorts of statistics, most consumers would be furious. And yet according to an article in the ‘Journal of Law, Medicine and Ethics’, entitled ‘Institutional Corruption of Pharmaceuticals and the Myth of Safe and Effective Drugs’ this may well be the state of affairs with pharmaceutical products.. The “.....proportion of new products with clinical advantages seems to have moved from about 1 in 8 down to 1 in 12, while the proportion with serious harms has gone up from 1 in 5 towards 1 in 3 ......" (9) 20. Dr Tom Jefferson of the independent Cochrane Collaboration has undertaken comprehensive reviews of some vaccines. According to his findings the ‘flu vaccine for example showed “ no effect on specific outcomes: laboratory-proven influenza, pneumonia, or deaths from pneumonia”. .In other words, the flu vaccine policy, ‘while eminently agreeable, is unsupported by evidence that has been systematically collected, critically evaluated, and properly synthesised.’ He is wary of the ‘trust us, we’re experts’ pose taken by many policy makers. He states that ‘in my opinion, that response is only fit for underlings, not intelligent, responsible healthcare workers facing th e pointy end of a syringe this season . (10) 21. It is also worth pondering the words of immunologist Dr Tetyana Obukhanych, author of ‘Vaccine Illusion’ “I am very concerned that “immunologic memory” of adjuvant-containing vaccines is actually the basis of sensitization rather than the basis of immunity. Furthermore, I am very concerned that “successful” prevention of childhood diseases by means of short-term protective effects of live attenuated viral vaccines during childhood has led to the loss of maternal ability to transfer immuno-protection to their young, thereby leaving infants vulnerable to those diseases, should the exposure occur. I am also very concerned that vaccination campaigns work by disrupting disease transmission, which reduces the chances of exposure, rather than by establishing a population’s immunity. By doing so, vaccination campaigns wipe out populati on’s immunity to childhood diseases rather than help to maintain it. If in prior decades there was naturally established herd immunity to childhood diseases among the adult po pulation, then I am af raid that vaccination campaigns have ensured that it is long gone. All of this is a direct outcome of the “desired” vaccination effects, the impact of which hasn’t been carefully thought through in advance of introducing mass vaccination. We thought that vaccines work just like natural immunity. We ll, apparently they don’t and we are now reaping the consequences of that.” (11)

  • 2. Dozens of academic papers and media articles have been reviewed and inputs received from immunologists, geneticists, epidemiologists, and various other medical professionals, as well as government officials, journalists, risk minimization experts and ethicists globally and locally. A large amount of supporting information can be supplied if required. Overview: 3. This paper will look at how the medical ev idence base has been almost completely compromised by pharmaceutical marketing concer ns; how the selective release of data skews results, and how this is used to mislead policy makers, the medical community and the general public. 4. It will look at evidence th at some vaccine products and ingredients are implicated in neurological harm, autoimmune dysfunction, and other negative health outcomes. 5. It will present a case that the Australian m odel of regulation and monitoring is far from adequate, and issues of liab ility have been largely overlooked. Correct risk minimization processes have been inverted, and a lack of transparency has been identified in key areas. 6. It will also look at the media bias surroundi ng this issue, and the techniques used by pharmaceutical marketing and its allies to suppre ss independent journalism and science. It will touch upon the appalling record of pharmaceutical companies which includes many instances of fraud, bribery, intimidation and deliberate negligence. 7. This paper is not intended to be in any way definitive, but it is meant to give a brief overview of the case for policy change, and an urgent review of how pharmaceutical interests operate in this country. Contamination of the medical evidence base: 8. In 2002 the editor of the Lancet, Dr Richard Horton, claimed that around 90% of clinical guidelines are being written by people with financial links to pharmaceutical companies. Since then it has been revealed that articles in medical journals are being ‘ghost written’ by pharmaceutical employees, and that data is being routinely with held. "Horton declared, “ Much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue . Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses, and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness .” (1) 9. The work of Dr Peter Doshi and the independent Cochrane Collaboration should give us pause for thought. “The current system....... is one in which the me ager details of clinical trials published in medical journals, often by authors with financial ties to the companies whose drugs they are writing about, is insufficient to the point of being misleading ”.(2) 10. The industry has not been slow to respond. "The pharmaceutical industry has "mobilised" an army of patient groups to lobby against plans to force companies to publish secret documents on drugs trials. Drug companies publish only a fraction of their results and keep much of the information to themselves, but regulators want to ban the practice. If companies published all of their clinical trials data, independent scientists could re analyse their results and check companies' claims about the safety and efficacy of drugs." (3) 11. The much vaunted medical evidence base is in a bad state of disrepair. As Dr Marcia Angell, a former editor for the New England Journal of Medicine states, " It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine. "(4) Adverse events following vaccination: 12. Vaccine manufacturers acknowledge a range of adverse reactions in their product disclosure information, and there are over forty acknowledged vaccine induced adverse events. (5) There is no doubt that vaccines can cause harm, and even death, in some instances. So regardless of what anyone may make of individual research papers the fact is that there is agreement that vaccination is never entirely safe. There can be risks involved. And efficacy rates vary. 13. There are a large amount of research papers discussing possible harm from vaccines and/or specific ingredients. The senior post doctoral researchers in vaccine safety at the University of British Columbia Professor Chris Sh aw and Dr Lucija Tomijanovic have presented many papers on the deleterious effects of vaccine adjuvants. They have investigated the mechanisms of aluminium based adjuvants in paed iatric populations and concluded that children have an immune system that is a work in progress, and is far more susceptible to harmful side effects. Their ‘observations raise plausible concerns about the overall safety of current childhood vaccination programs.’ (6) 14. “Infants and young children should not be viewed as ‘‘small adults.’’ Their unique physiology makes them much more vulnerab le to noxious environmental insults in comparison with the adult population. In spite of this, children are routinely exposed to much higher levels of Al vaccine adjuvants th an adults, even though adequate safety data on these compounds are lacking. That Al vaccine adjuvants can induce significant autoimmune conditions in humans can hardly be disputed, a lthough still debatable is how common such side effects are. However, the existing data (or lack thereof) raise questions on whether the current vaccines aimed at pediatric populations can be accepted as having adequate safety profiles. Because infants and children represent those who may be most at risk for complications following vaccination, a more rigorous evaluation of potential vaccine-related adverse health impacts in pediatric populations than what has been provided to date is urgently needed.” (6) 15. Tomijanovic states, ‘ Physicians should adopt a more rigorous evidence-based medicine approach, in order to provide a balanced and objective evaluation of vaccine risks and benefits to their patients’ (7) 16. They also concluded that “.....in spite of the widespread agreement that vaccines are largely safe and serious adverse complications are extremely rare, a close scrutiny of the scientific literature does not support this view.”( 6) 17. Professor Yehuda Shoenfeld spoke in Australia in 2013. He has investigated how aluminum based adjuvants can trigger auto immune dysfunction if a genetic predisposition exists. There is widespread acceptance of his finding that aluminium adjuvants can cause catastrophic auto im mune dysfunction (8). He has identified key genetic markers indicative of a predisposition towards adverse events, and yet little work seems to be being done identifying individuals who may be at risk. 18. Australia is currently experiencing what politician Bill Shorten described as an ‘epidemic’ of broad spectrum neurological dysfun ctions, so if there is the slightest possibility that Professor Shaw, Shoenfeld et al are correct, we need to be looking at what other countries are doing in this regard. In 2014 France held an open enquiry into the issue of aluminium adjuvants. So far Australia has avoided looking at this issue, or conducting any transparent enquiry into the side effects of vaccination.

  • I had to go to the ER due to a severe allergic reaction from getting immunized. My mom thinks it was probably the MMR one, in fact. Since then, she stopped immunizations, and interestingly, I have had fewer ear infections since then. Also, the time my dad decided to get a free flu shot at work, he got super sick with the flu for about two weeks afterward. I have a friend whose daughter died because she was given an accidental overdose on her immunizations. Immunizations are not perfect. Everyone's body is different and reacts differently. They work great for some, but not so great for others. People's genetics sometimes play a factor, even. The amount of required immunizations and drugs given to kids has increased over the years. Ironically, the number of kids with autism and other serious mental health issues and diseases have also increased over the years too. It does make one wonder...

    • Yet what you "believe" you know = does not reflect what is actually the case. I would point you to a cognitive bias problem called Dunning-Krueger Effect. So first of all if you live in the US - which your language skills identifies - then you need to understand that most vaccines come as "unit dose". It has been that way for many years now. So a unit dose vaccine comes prefilled from the manufacturer so that the individual who administers is need only apply a sterile needle and give the shot = after which the syringe is disposed of. So there is no drawing up a dose for almost all vaccines - and even if there were the amount given as noted once again is impossible to overdose on. You seem to be applying what amounts to circular logic here. You keep cycling through rationalizations to maintain what you want to believe = and those rationalizations reflect incorrect assumptions. So this is what you need to understand. The pathogens we vaccinate against = exist in nature and thus in human populations. Accordingly you *ARE* at risk regardless of your attitude towards vaccines. As such vaccines offer you exposure under controlled conditions to minimize the risk of serious adverse effects and even dying. Were people to take their chances and not vaccinate then those infectious diseases would once again burn through the land infecting millions and killing innumerable people as herd immunity broke down = it's a matter of historical record. We are seeing right now by the way in the US with the measles epidemic which is almost entirely among unvaccinated people. So are vaccines without risk - nope. What they offer people is significantly reduced risk for things we are all at risk for anyways. If a few dozen react badly to say the MMR vaccine over a period of a few years = we used to see thousands react the same to measles in the time before the MMR. So pick your poison as the old saying goes. Have a nice day.

    Yung ChubbzYung ChubbzDay ago
    • Yung Chubbz As someone who’s autistic let me tell you that the symptoms usually tend to show with in 12-18 months, which is somewhat around the time kids get vaccinated (I might be wrong there, I’m not a professional, either way the symptoms usually pop up later in life, people don’t show autism symptoms when born.). Also Autism is not this big thing where your going to die if your born with it, yes some people are on the lower side of the spectrum and definitely need help (I have a friend who also has autism and he’s on the low-functioning side of the spectrum) but others, including me are high-functioning. Meaning we’re not obviously autistic, yes it differs from person to person, yes it can be annoying to other people (and to the person autistic themselves) to deal with someone autistic. Main problems I deal with are social cues, how people are feeling, sensory issues, and just in general having trouble dealing with social situations. What I’m saying is if your nephew is on the higher side of the autism spectrum, you have nothing to worry about, he’ll be able to care for himself your nephew is just going to have a mild inconvenience in his life. Even if he’s on the lower side and needs help, it wasn’t the vaccine’s fault, autism symptoms just start to show when kids get vaccinated. Autism is a genetic disorder or it can be caused by genetic mutation.

  • Make Educated Decisions Before making a decision on vaccinating your children against anything, I strongly urge you review the side effects and risks involved. Making this effort could make a tremendous difference in the health of your child. Remember: Vaccines can cause serious health problems including brain inflammation and autoimmune disorders, allergies, ear infections, and more There's a very real association between vaccine complications and learning and behavioral disorders in children The components of vaccines have never been proven safe The ingredients and contaminants in vaccines can be detrimental to your health There are far safer and more effective ways to protect your children and yourself against disease. For example, a Japanese study from last year showed that school children taking vitamin D3 supplements were 58 percent less likely to catch influenza A. That's a higher effectiveness than any flu vaccine can claim, and doesn't come with a barrage of potentially devastating side effects! There are numerous studies like these, showing the superior effectiveness of natural strategies in the prevention of disease. Overall, your best defense against any disease is a robust immune system, which vaccines can compromise. So supporting your immune system should always be at the top of your list. Vitamin D is one crucial component for optimal health, so I urge you to get your children's vitamin D levels tested, and, if found deficient, to follow my recommendations for optimizing their levels. Do this, and they'll be less likely to catch a cold or flu this year.

Our bodies deal with shit 100 times worse then any of the things in modern vaccines. From parasites to ingested poisons. Did you for instance know that caffeine is a neurotoxic pesticide? And that drinking ~10 cups in a short timesce could kill you? Or that humans eat shit that will kill any of our cousins or give them serious stomach problems? Yet our bodies shrugg it off like nothing and we move on. Infact there is more of a connection of a pregnant woman eating unwashed pesticide treated produce with autism, then there are of vaccines causing it.

  • The Problem with Artificial Immunity (Vaccination) Since vaccines bypass your natural first-line defense (your lgA immune system), they are never 100 percent protective because they provide only temporary, typically inferior immunity compared to that your body would receive from naturally contracting and recovering from a disease. In the case of many childhood diseases, such as mumps for instance, immunity is typically permanent when you contract and recover from it in childhood. According to Barbara Loe Fisher, president and co-founder of the National Vaccine Information Center: "Vaccines are supposed to fool your body's immune system into producing antibodies to resist viral and bacterial infection in the same way that actually having the disease usually produces immunity to future infection. But vaccines atypically introduce into the human body lab altered live viruses and killed bacteria along with chemicals, metals, drugs and other additives such as formaldehyde, aluminum, mercury, monosodium glutamate, sodium phosphate, phenoxyethanol, gelatin, sulfites, yeast protein, antibiotics as well as unknown amounts of RNA and DNA from animal and human cell tissue cultures. Whereas natural recovery from many infectious diseases usually stimulates lifetime immunity, vaccines only provide temporary protection and most vaccines require "booster" doses to extend vaccine-induced artificial immunity. The fact that manmade vaccines cannot replicate the body's natural experience with the disease is one of the key points of contention between those who insist that mankind cannot live without mass use of multiple vaccines and those who believe that mankind's biological integrity will be severely compromised by their continued use." So, is it really better to protect children against all infectious diseases early in life through inferior temporary immunity from vaccines? Wouldn't it be better for the majority of healthy children to experience certain contagious infections in childhood, especially if they are usually mild like chicken pox, and allow them to get more robust, longer lasting immunity? Another important question, from a vaccine policy standpoint, is whether or not vaccine complications ultimately cause more chronic illness and death than the infectious diseases do. Unfortunately, such investigations have not been done, but again, there is growing evidence that too much vaccination is leading to a deterioration in health in growing numbers of children and adults, who were otherwise healthy prior to receiving one or many different vaccines. Would You Knowingly Inject Yourself with Toxins? The main "active" ingredient in a vaccine is either killed bacteria or live viruses that have been attenuated (weakened). However, that's by no means the sole ingredient in vaccines. All vaccines also contain a variety of chemicals; some of which are more toxic than others. Most seasonal flu vaccines, for example, contain 25 mcg of mercury dangerous levels of mercury in the form of thimerosal, a vaccine preservative. Mercury is a known neurotoxin and thimerosal containing vaccines have been associated with long-term immune, sensory, neurological, motor, and behavioral dysfunctions. (Aluminum is another neurotoxin that is used in some vaccines as an adjuvant and has been associated with neurological problems such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia). Just imagine the potential brain damage you're exposing yourself to if you get a seasonal flu vaccine every single year! But thimerosal is not the only concern when it comes to flu vaccines. You also have the dangers of immune adjuvants like squalene or aluminum to contend with. (Aluminum adjuvants are used in approved U.S. influenza vaccines while other countries may allow squalene to be added as an adjuvant). Other toxic substances found in various vaccines include: Ethylene glycol (antifreeze) Triton X100 (detergent) Formaldehyde - a known cancer causing agent Monosodium glutamate (MSG) Neomycin and streptomycin (antibiotics) Phenol (carbolic acid) Aluminum -- a neurotoxin linked to Alzheimer's disease Polysorbate 80 (Tween80™) - which can cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis (To determine which vaccines contain which ingredients, see this CDC list.) Personally, I don't think too many people would knowingly and voluntarily inject even one of these ingredients into their bodies. No, injecting detergent and antifreeze would seem ridiculous to most people, knowing how dangerous it can be swallow even a small amount of these caustic substances. And yet, every parent is asked, or even required by law, to repeatedly inject these and other toxic chemicals into their infants!

  • The Pandemrix vaccine against H1N1 influenza increases the risk of narcolepsy in children and adolescents under the age of 20 by 400 percent. For every 100,000 children/adolescents vaccinated, 4.06 of them ended up being diagnosed with narcolepsy, compared to the normal incidence, which is 0.97 cases per 100,000. That means that for every 100,000 children vaccinated, three are guaranteed to develop narcolepsy as a result of the vaccine. Finland also conducted an investigation into the Pandemrix vaccine. There, the vaccine was found to increase the risk of narcolepsy by 900 percent in children and adolescents below the age of 19! As a result of these findings the Swedish Medical products Agency (MPA) concluded that the vaccine should be withdrawn from use in children and adolescents. The Pandemrix vaccine was not licensed for use in the US, and so far none of the flu vaccines licensed here have been linked to narcolepsy. However, it just goes to show how little anyone really knows about the interaction between vaccines and health, and how easily something can go awry. Other Harmful Effects of 2010 Flu Vaccines Around the World As you may recall, Australia also temporarily suspended its seasonal flu program for children under the age of five last year, after detecting an abnormal number of side effects within 12 hours of vaccination, compared to previous years. Side effects included high fevers and seizures. A one-year-old child also went into a coma after receiving the flu vaccine. However, three months later, the Australian Department of Health resumed seasonal flu vaccinations for young children, stating that "the higher than usual occurrence of fever and febrile convulsions appears to be confined to the vaccine Fluvax," and advised parents to simply vaccinate their children with some other brand of flu vaccine. In August of last year, the Korea Herald also reported that nearly 2,600 side effects had been reported to the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in association with the swine flu vaccine. There, side effects included fevers, headaches and allergic responses, and 10 deaths. In the US, the H1N1 flu vaccine has now been statistically linked with abnormally high rates of miscarriage and stillbirths. Why Vaccinations Can Be so Dangerous The presumed intent of a vaccination is to help you build immunity to potentially harmful organisms that cause illness and disease. However, your body's immune system is already designed to do this in response to organisms that invade your body naturally. Most disease-causing organisms enter your body through the mucous membranes of your nose, mouth, pulmonary system or your digestive tract - NOT through an injection. These mucous membranes have their own immune system, called the IgA immune system. It is a different system from the one activated when a vaccine is injected into your body. Your IgA immune system is your body's first line of defense. Its job is to fight off invading organisms at their entry points, reducing or even eliminating the need for activation of your body's immune system. However, when a virus is injected into your body in a vaccine, and especially when combined with an immune adjuvant, your IgA immune system is bypassed and your body's immune system kicks into high gear in response to the vaccination. Adjuvants can trigger unwanted immune responses, as they can cause your immune system to overreact to the introduction of the organism you're being vaccinated against. Make no mistake about it, injecting organisms into your body to provoke immunity is contrary to nature, and vaccination carries enormous potential to do serious damage to your health.

  • As you know, health authorities around the globe fiercely maintain that vaccines are safe, regardless of what's happening in the real world. Time and again, serious side effects from vaccines are overlooked and swept under the rug as being "coincidental." But just how many coincidences does it take before a pattern emerges, and how long do you stare at the pattern before you acknowledge that it's there? It's all very convenient to ascribe all vaccine reactions to sheer chance; brushing them aside with comments like, "they would have gotten ill anyway due to predisposition." However, once you take the time to truly investigate the information we already have at our disposal, in the form of medical studies and disease statistics, it's quite clear that a pattern is staring us right in the face. In a nutshell, this pattern could be summarized by saying that vaccines generally reduce health and worsen health outcomes. Patterns of Vaccine-Induced Disease There are all sorts of research showing that vaccines can, and do, cause or contribute to disease-either the disease the vaccine is supposed to protect against, or other diseases. Here's are but a few examples that I've covered in previous articles: Vaccinating children against chickenpox can increase the risk of adult shingles. Shingles, also known as herpes zoster, is a painful blistering rash that is potentially dangerous in the elderly. According to researchers at Britain's Public Health Laboratory Service (PHLS), while vaccination might save thousands of lives over time, thousands of elderly people may also suffer the painful effects of shingles and even die prematurely from the complications of shingles. Interestingly enough, instead of reconsidering the strategy of vaccinating against this typically harmless childhood disease, the pharmaceutical industry simply responded by creating a shingles vaccine for seniors. The vaccine, according to some studies, has been shown to prevent shingles about half the time. Of the children who contracted chickenpox in an outbreak in Maryland in 2001, 75 percent of the affected had been vaccinated against the disease. Similarly, last year the US experienced the largest outbreak of mumps since 2006. More than 1,000 people in New Jersey and New York fell ill, yet 77 percent of those sickened were vaccinated against mumps. In 2007, it became clear that the use of the vaccine Prevnar, used against pneumonia, meningitis, and deadly bloodstream infections in young children, has unleashed a superbug that is resistant to all currently available drugs. In the U.S. Prevnar is given to infants as four shots between the age of 2 months and 15 months. It covers seven of the 90-odd strains of the strep bacteria, and although diseases from the seven covered strains have declined, one strain called 19A has developed super resistance and is now contagious. Certain vaccines have also been linked to a rise in type 1 diabetes in a number of studies. One such study, published in 2003 to further investigate this connection concluded that clusters of cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) may be linked to six different vaccines: the haemophilus influenza B (HIB), pertussis, MMR, and BCG vaccine. The authors stated: "The identification of clusters of cases of T1DM occurring in consistent temporal time periods allowed a link between the hemophilus vaccine and T1DM to be established. The current findings indicate the there are also clusters of cases of T1DM occurring 2-4 years post-immunization with the pertussis, MMR, and BCG vaccine. The data are consistent with the occurrence of clusters following mumps infection and the progression to T1DM in patients with antipancreatic autoantibodies." In the late 1960's, an experimental vaccine in development, the RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) vaccine killed two infants, and a staggering 80 percent of all children who received it were hospitalized with severe respiratory disease. A report issued eight years later concluded that the reason for this abysmal failure was because the children's antibodies did not bind to the inactivated virus to produce a protective immune response, meaning their immune system could not recognize the infectious invader. Instead, the dead virus circulated throughout their bodies, triggering a massive immune system attack. This last example is part and parcel of what many pro-vaccine-safety educators have been saying about other vaccines as well - that they can create serious health problems for those who are injected with lab altered micoorganisms that can wreak havoc on immune function. And, when several vaccines are administered together, or in close succession, their interaction may completely overwhelm your child's developing immune system. Narcolepsy-A Now Confirmed Side Effect of the Latest Flu Vaccine Last year, Sweden and Finland sounded the alarm as a disproportionate number of youths suddenly developed narcolepsy after being vaccinated with the H1N1 swine flu vaccine. Other European countries, such as France, Germany and Norway, also reported cases of the rare sleeping disorder, causing the EU to launch an investigation. In Sweden, the Medical Products Agency (Läkemedelsverket) began their inquiry in August 2010, the results of which are now published.

    • +Ese Callum once again, there is literally no pain apart from the needle. You don't see people walking around everywhere screaming in pain do you?. I hope your child catches a disease and is in complete agony. Not enough to kill them. but just enough to see how your bullshit is wrong. Also, cite your sources for all of that bullshit you posted in your comments

But if they were given the knowledge to pull it out directly, they refuse to do so Please vaccinate your children for the life of the child

  • So, the one study that found the link, when it wasn't even trying to do so, has been disputed? Hardly. You also never mentioned any of the deadly chemicals in vaccines. Formaldehyde, Aluminum, Mercury, and several dozen others. Natural immunity will always trump artificial immunity. A few years ago, the measles outbreak in the eastern US, was made up entirely of pre-inoculated individuals. Your bacteriophage video is also a strong argument against vaccines. Just saying.

    Comrade EverclearComrade EverclearDay ago
    • Those 'deadly' chemicals arent harmful in small doses. And when combined they can turn into something completely different. Like chlorine is a toxic gas and sodium explodes on contact with water. Guess what salt is? Sodium and chlorine and do you see salt explode when it gets wet?

      Harrison3579Harrison35792 hours ago
    • You smart person! Full chemical ingredient list: Formaldehyde, Tryptophan, Threonine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lycine, Methionine, Cystine, Phenylalanine, Tyrosine, Valine, Argenine, Histidine, Alanine, Aspartic Acid, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Proline, and Serine. Checkmate, dumb pro-vaxxers. Oh, wait, sorry, wrong ingredient list. Those are in apples, not vaccines. My bad. Shut up you fucking mentally ill piece of shit

      Whirlwind12 GMDWhirlwind12 GMD21 hour ago
    • The amounts of toxic elements and chemicals are very small - there is no evidence to say that they are lethal. And let's accept the argument that natural immunity always trumps artificial immunity (I have never seen anything like this, but for arguments sake I will assume it does). The cost of said natural immunity is many lives (many more than what will die as as a result of injection of vaccine related cockups). Are you really willing to kill people because you believe it's slightly more effective

  • Please Create a video related to solar energy Some solution is required for it Such abundance yet negligible amount utilised! Its crazy! I feel priority should be given to efficient usage of solar energy Once we solve this problem Our earth may sustain for some time while we can explore more And whats the dark reason behind not using it? Is it just uneven distribution of such energy? Lack of technology? Lack of infrastructure and funding? Or is it the economy and status quo? Though If we succeed in harnessing solar energy, will it be a boon or curse? How?
