Pizza Balloon

I got sent a suggestion to attempt a pizza balloon. Yes, you read that right - a pizza that is inflated with straws and baked to create an edible pizza bread bowl - cool huh. After following what looked like a simple method, I actually thought this would be easy. Um, yeah.

    • I think were the trip up was is that you didnt put the egg wash under the straws so after pulling the straws out there wasnt a great deal under the straws. Not positive but that's what I figure from it

  • Scratch made dough needs to be more elastic to avoid tearing. Also, the steaming part, I wonder if there could be a way to steam the top of a pizza, while cooking the bottom and crust the traditional way. Or if you could steam a pizza then throw it into the oven? Basically, recreate the pizza part, but without the extra dough.

  • Barry here is a tip. use less flour on your worktop because too much flour can ruin dough. And when you are done with rolling out your dough dust the top so that the flour is gone from the dough. Sorry if i am bad in explaining english is not my first language
