  • How do you consider a Vegan diet sustainable but then say a carnivorous (animal based diet) is unsustainable? Vegan diet lacks proper nutrition due to scarcity and lack of conversion/absorption of some essential vitamins to the body. At least on a carnivore based diet you have true super foods such as brain, liver, heart, kidneys, broths etc. No plant based foods even have close the nutrition in forms we can utilize than those foods (also full of anti-nutrients if prepared improperly). You’ve lost a lot of credibility with me after that one.

  • The keto, paleo and carnivore diets actually have the most available information for study because they have been around for around two million years. This is by far longer than anything else. We also have had and have individuals surviving on these diets in nature as well as cities. Veganism would be the one with the least information as it is the youngest and would be more anecdotal by far. The most common being one that I shared. I felt better initially when transitioning from the SAD diet. This is because of the combination of the SAD diet being so bad and me still having nutrient stores. It is hard to compare a meat anecdote to a vegan anecdote given one has two million years worth of information versus fifty or so. The fact that veganism requires supplements and the scientific evidence that supplements even work is so iffy further confounds this. Even if the nutrition overlords ate carnivore, they would be more likely to publicly support veganism as it (due to the zinc deficiency, high phyic acid, phytoestrogens ect.) coincides with depopulation. Actually, the biggest veganism boosters are not even vegan, but pro depopulation. This was alarming to me at the end stages of my veganism. Veganism and vegetarianism are not the best diets for the environment. Commercial crop production kills more soil life, insects, birds and animals by far. Even eating free range animal products results in less insect, bird and animal death. Eating wild game results in even less. More nutrient dense food (makes 1-2 meals possible and satiating) that lasts longer as well as by far less deaths involved.

And according to another few studies, moderate drinking (7-14 drinks a week) also reduces your risk of cardiovascular disease.
